I tried to go to the local SCA meeting tonight, I really did. Whomever layed out the roads around here was on crack. We managed to get lost for over an hour, by following the directions on Google Maps. On the good side, I found PF Chang's and Cheesecake Factory. By the time I finally found the church, it was half an hour past the meeting start time (or an hour past the amended meeting time that wasn't posted on the calendar), so I just gave up and came home.

On the drive, I heard all about Rowan's band that she's putting together, Goddess help me. Five little girls who's idea of a band is based on watching the Cheetah Girls. Yeah, this will end well.

You'll meet me eventually. ;) Next week musicwolf doesn't have duty, so he can drive. Actually, I would have called him for directions--if I hadn't been an idiot and left my phone at home. D'oh!
