luthienpotter helped me start my LJ on March 7, 2004. She had gotten her account when you still needed the Secret Account Number given you by a friend who already had an account, and I would occasionally comment on something through her account. I wish I had had a community like this when I was going through my divorce. It would have helped no end to have someone to "talk" to.
