Ah, gotcha! That makes sense. I totally thought you meant landlord. And like I said, the only part I disagreed with was that. Too many times I have been walked all over, and seen others walked all over because I/they didn't want to be a bitch... and so many get referred to as such when they DO stand up for themselves... but that is so not the case. (and even if it is, in a sense, it is deserved by the party being "bitched at")
