How can you not love Kozo the Sumo Hippo, created by Lane Nakamura of Duck Studios? Unfortunately the original version is no longer available, after threats of legal action by Warner Chappelle, who own the rights to the music. For the visually impaired, the icon shows Mitch (Gabriel Jarrett, in a false mustache) and Chris (Val Kilmer) from Real Genius. The caption reads "I think I saw a porno like this once."
I loved Real Genius when I was a teen. I was one of the legion of girls with serious crushes on Val Kilmer, and this movie was a large part of why. Hot guy with a brain that rivals a supercomputer? What's not to love? Jordan's quote is very well matched with a character pairing that provided me with more than one evening of entertaining fantasies.


For the visually impaired, the icon shows Wash from Firefly playing with toy dinosaurs. The caption reads, "We will rule over all this land. And we will call it... this land." "I say we call it your grave!" "Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!" "Mine is an evil laugh."
Ah, Wash. The crackerjack pilot married to the kickass Zoe but still very much a little boy at heart. This icon is my reminder to not be quite so serious, and it's a good one whenever I feel like indulging in my own evil laugh.

shadrone was kind enough to make this icon for me. He'd brought Secretary over for an evening, and I fell in love with Maggie Gyllenhaal's grace as she negotiated through the office in a bondage bar. I generally use this icon for when I feel trapped by work situations.

I absolutely adore Sinfest. I think it's a great webcomic, and this is one of my favorite one-panel gags. I tend to use it for times when I feel empowered by my femininity. Eventually I'm going to need to make a .gif of panels 2 and 3 of this strip.

"Holy shit! Zombies!" this is one of my favorite LOLcats ever. :) I use this icon for posts involving zombies, surprisingly enough.
