I've been doing some fun cooking. Still need to tweak my Plum Good Burgers, although Andrew wants to try the glaze on wings so it can't be that bad. Discovered that when one has been an idiot and forgotten bread crumbs, crushed tortilla chips can substitute.
With all the heat lately, we needed something cool for desert. Icebox pie time! I took my basic PB pie recipie* and substituted in Nutella for the PB. I also used an oreo pie crust instead of a graham one. OMG OM NOM NOM.it's more than a little rich, and I'm pretty sure something that good is banned in at least six states. Best part? 4 things to buy to make it.

Fair warning, if you add sliced bananas to the original recipie, there's a better-than-normal chance your fridge will be swarmed by monkeys. Just sayin.
