Yes, I'm aware she's received an apology of short from United. Thing is, this should never have happened. Disabled people aren't lazy; we're incapapble of doing things that able-bodied people can do. For an airline that (laughably) prides itself on customer service to turn around and refuse to help a person who was incapable of doing for herself is inexcusable.
