Would those of you who are in the DC area and regularly ride the Metro mind checking in? Just a quick post on your LJ or something? I'd like to know none of you were on the Red Line tonight.

I just got a freakin' bomb dropped on me tonight, "oh yeah by the way, even though I bought the tickets over a month ago I am just telling you tonight that I am leaving for DC in the morning to stay with (some female I have never met) for a couple of days." Then less than an hour later we hear about the accident taking place right on the line he will be on.
I am so worried.
