I'm getting really tired of hearing "We know what's wrong, we know what needs to be done to fix is, we just can't do it right now."

At least another month of waiting before I get AS treatment...

It sucks waiting for the parts to come in. Stupid backorder.

Oh, wait. You weren't talking about the car? Nevermind.

;P

Hey, if that's all it takes I'd like to order a whole new chassis.

Rrrowr! What kinda chassis we talkin' about? Something sleek and sporty? Luxury model with all the options?

...I have no idea where I'm going with this. :)

Are you sure you're not receiving care at a military hospital? Just sayin'.

Not yet. RheumoDoc doesn't quite understand why I'm so adamant that we MUST start the AS treatment before I move. She thinks that since the problem is fully documented, any doctor I go to will be fine with beginning the treatment. I say she's doesn't know too many military docs.

If the treatment's already ongoing, I won't have any problems with the docs keeping it up. Expecting them to begin the treatment will be a nightmare.

My favorite word there is "why"
followed by "Let me talk to your supervisor"
followed by "I need to see the commander."

I now the "why" and it does make sense. I'm recovering from a fairly big surgery. The AS treatment works by suppressing my immune system. These two things really don't go well together. :(

It's still frustrating.

Yep. I'm waiting to start DMARDsn although the rash on my fingers may bump me right up to biologics. :(
