dezaWe are officially moved out of the house. The landlord agreed all damage other than the broken garage door was normal wear and tear, hooray! It didn't hurt that we'd steam-cleaned the carpets, something that hadn't been done before we moved in.

zorathenne is willing to provide temporary sanctuary for Jack (thank you again, hon!). At the moment, we're at the in-laws. I'm hoping we can be in North Carolina by the end of the week, just so I can get set up with the military hospital there before my liver tests are due. Don't know if that's going to work out or not.
We will survive this. In a month it will all be a memory. Really.
