If the kids and I do make it to the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area, would anyone be up for tabletop RPG games? I'd be willing to host and provide healthy snacks; you're on your own for the junk food. We're good with any of the d20s, D&D, Firefly, Buffy, BESM, Cthlhu, WoD, etc. The kids want to learn to play, so my house would be providing 3 players of varying levels of skill, a table that can seat 6 easily (or a sofa that can fit 10 as long as we're all friends). Ideally I'd like to meet every or every other weekend for games. I'd love a long-running, plot-driven game. I'd also love to host a card and board games night - Fluxx, Munchkin, Settlers, Carcassinne, poker, whatever folks want to play. We might even break out the video games.

Would any of my NC area friends be intereted? We still miss our old Fayetteville gaming group!

I would absolutely be interested. I'm in Raleigh and don't drive/own a car, though, so if it winds up being outside of bus service hours and you're further away than I can bike, I'll be an infrequent presence at best.
